March Youth Tournament

We will be hosting an unsanctioned Youth tournament on Sunday, March 20th! Unsanctioned means that any of our members can participate, regardless of whether they hold competitive memberships or own their own equipment. This is perfect for newer fencers wanting to build their tournament experience, but also a good chance for our more experienced fencers to participate. It's also a chance to fence against a few fencers from outside the club! This time, we are holding Y10, Y12, and Y14 events, meaning that anyone born 2007-2014 has at least one event in which they can compete! The cost of this tournament is $20, and you can sign up in advance here .

Tuesday Night Training

Our new session of Tuesday Night Training will begin on Tuesday, March 1, and run through the end of April (4/26). These extra practices are more structured, more intense, and more competitively-focused. However, this session in particular is intended to be a fun environment for ALL fencers interested in competing to train hard, learn new skills, and take a deep dive on competitive strategies and concepts. These practices are open to fencers age 13+ who either fence competitively, or are interested in doing so. The cost of these extra practices is $100 and you can sign up right here .

Board Game Night

On Saturday, March 5th, we are hosting a board game/hang out night for all our fencers! If you want, you can bring some games to share, or just come to hang out with other members of the club and engage in some friendly competition! We'll have plenty of options, and it should be a fun time for everyone. Doors open at 6:30 and we'll play games until 9:30 or so. No need to sign up, just come have fun!

Summer Camps

We're starting to plan for the summer! Our first summer camp this year is the Advanced Epee Camp . This camp is for fencers age 13+ and will take place shortly before Summer Nationals (June 20-24). Whether you plan to attend Nationals or not, this is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in fencing, pick up some new techniques, and bond with clubmates. Last year's camp was a blast, and this time we'll have even more variety in our schedule. You can view a past schedule and register for the camp here .
