Two Upcoming Tournaments

WRA 'D' & Under

Hi all! There are two great local tournaments coming up in which many of our fencers have the opportunity to be involved! The first of these is a "D" and Under tournament THIS SATURDAY (September 30th) at Western Reserve Academy. Several of our fencers have already registered, but this is a great event for many of our fencers, being essentially one level above an unrated tournament. WRA has also supported many of our events, so it's important that we return the favor and keep growing the local fencing community! This event starts at 2:00pm on Saturday (be there early!). Escrime d'Halloween

The second event is the Escrime d'Halloween on October 21-22 (escrime is the French word for fencing and it sounds like "a scream" so that's the pun). This event has multiple events spread over two days, which means plenty of opportunities for our fencers! It's also in Twinsburg, so it's really too good to pass up. It is also one of the qualifying paths to Nationals, which are being held later this season in Columbus, OH. The events here are divided by age, and fencers may participate in multiple age categories if they wish for maximum fencing!
