This past weekend a big well done goes out to Jacob Henkels who won the Snowbelt High School Tourney, placing third was HoF's own Karl Schoeps, good job guys !!! On February 16th we had our own C & Under event with 23 participants, HoF had 3 medalists and 6 in top 8. 1st place Nikita Segalchik , 2nd place Matt Kuehn earning his D2013 & 3rd place Karl Schoeps who earned his D2013 rating.

Arnold games

This weekend is the Arnold games !!! HoF will be represented with 19 fencers !!! For many of our youths this will be their first tournament !!! Wish them luck, all will be fine. Fencers be sure to be there 1 hour before the close of registration. Remember your mask and body cords will need to be inspected. Also have with you your birth certificate or other government-issued identification with a birth date on it.

LOCATION !!! askFRED shows the convention center, this is slightly incorrect. The location is the Hyatt Regency Hotel which is adjacent to the convention center. Fencing will take place in many ballrooms, Franklin, Delaware and Union, don't worry all will be fine !!! If you're fencing in the afternoon, allow extra time to park and walk. Extra equipment: I have been handing out extra gear. Our newer fencers come first. if this is your first tournament make sure to see me today or Wednesday to get extra stuff.
