Closed Monday for Labor Day

Hooked on Fencing will be CLOSED this Monday (Sept. 7) for Labor Day. This shouldn't affect too much, but there will be NO lessons on Monday and NO Monday class. Y14 fencers, don't forget--you can sign up for the Monday evening class in the future! Enjoy the long weekend!

USA Fencing Tournament Update

USA Fencing has released a tentative plan for the 2020/21 tournament season. In a nutshell, local events can be sanctioned now, per the Northern Ohio Division's discretion, and regional events will begin later in the fall, but National events will not take place any earlier than January 2021. USA Fencing intends to release a National event schedule later this fall, but you can read the latest update for yourself here .

Adult Fencing & Beginner Class

Our adult beginner class will begin on Tuesday, September 22nd, from 7:00-8:30pm. The cost of the 6-week class is $120... HOWEVER, we are currently offering a deal for half-off to parents or siblings of any current members! Parents and siblings, you can claim the discounted price by signing up through PayPal here . This is a great chance to become more knowledgeable about the sport. Be sure to share the class with anyone who comes to mind! Let's make some new fencers!

USA Fencing Membership

Don't forget, ALL members must renew/update their USA Fencing membership. You can do that here . You are required to have at least a non-competitive membership in order to fence at the club. If you compete later in the year, you can always upgrade your membership by paying the difference. We will be checking memberships at the club--you must have a membership in order to fence!!!
