HoF Reopening

I'm pleased to inform you all that Hooked on Fencing will begin the process of reopening on May 26th! The reopening will likely take place in stages, as we continue to receive new information and evaluate the evolving situation. We're excited to start fencing once again, but our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our members!

We will begin to schedule private lessons the week of the 26th, and we are currently evaluating the best way to schedule group classes and fencing in compliance with state guidelines. Expect an email later this week with the full details of our opening schedule and policies. This will likely be a temporary schedule as we begin to transition back to normalcy. We intend to communicate with you all regularly as new information and details become available. See you all soon!

Personal Fencing Masks

At least for the time being, Hooked on Fencing will require members to purchase their own fencing mask. Given the current situation, this policy is intended to promote the personal health and safety of all our members. It is also recommended that members purchase and use their own fencing glove. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we're doing everything we can to safely open the club!

We have some fencing masks available for purchase at the club, and more will be available in the future. Absolute Fencing is currently offering a deal that includes a free glove with the purchase of a new mask, if you prefer to prepare by ordering online. We will have a few fencing masks at the club available for use by newer fencers until such time that a personal mask can be obtained.
