HoF Christmas Party Tomorrow!

HoF Christmas Party

Our annual Christmas Party is tomorrow night, Monday, December 18th! This will take the place of regular practice. This is a chance for all fencers, families, and friends of HoF to get together and celebrate another great year of fencing! Everyone is invited--doors will be open at 5:30 but we'll plan to start the festivities at 6pm. We will also hold the drawing for our Electric Epee Raffle, fence off our annual 1-touch tournament, and give away a few other prizes as well. Bring a dish, snack, or dessert to share and let's all have a great time!

Electric Epee Raffle

Tomorrow is the final day for our epee raffle! If you'd like to win a brand new, ready-to-go epee, make sure you get your tickets by tomorrow night! Raffle tickets are $5 and can be purchased either at the club or online right here . Tickets will be sold through Monday, December 18th, when the drawing will take place at our annual Christmas Party. You can also buy more tickets at the club on Monday night. You do not have to be present to win the prize, but make sure you get your tickets by then!

Holiday Closures

In addition to the party tomorrow night, HoF will be closed on two other dates this holiday season, those being Christmas Day (Monday, December 25th) and New Year's Day (January 1st). Otherwise, it will be business as usual!

Junior Olympics

The deadline to register for the 2024 Junior Olympics is January 11th! The JOs will be held February 16-19 in Charlotte, NC. If you are qualified for this event and plan to compete, don't wait to register. Registration and more information can be found here . Additionally, let us know if you plan to have coaching at this event. We have several fencers eligible to compete, so coaching fees should be quite low, but let us know in advance!
