Coaching at Nationals please read & respond

Coaching at Nationals,

for many this is a new thing, for most you have received these emails before.

Coaching at some events require time, travel, hotel, parking etc. it has been HoF's practice to try and provide coaching at National Events to the extent possible. The monetary cost is something that HoF cannot afford and thus we ask the fencers to bear this burden.

This year since nationals are so close and since we have so many fencers attending the nationals, the Board of HoF has decided to send as many coaches as possible and to pick up half of the cost of coaching.

So first a little on the Coaching situation.

Dragonetti June 28- July 3, most likely longer.

Arlington and Bogard June29- July 3

Fazekas and Ana July 3- July 7

This will give us maximum coverage and an awesome array of talent.

Now for the money part.

We have

35 individual events and 5 teams. Hof will pay the coaching share for each team well as half the trip.

The cost for you will be 50 dollars( or less but not more then 50 ) per event you or your child is fencing in. I have done very well in the past on these calculations.

For example I will be fencing in Vet 50 mens epee

Div 1 a men's epee

Senior men's team.

the cost for Walt Dragonetti will be 100 for the two individual events, the team event will be covered by HoF.

OK so now we need to here from you so that we can finalize travel and plan accordingly. If your are in for coaching please email me, if you decide you do not want coaching please email me. If you do not want coaching it is just as important to let us know as wanting coaching, once we know who's wants or doesn't want coaching we have to re-calculate the cost and re email all those that said yes to coaching.
