Closures, upcoming tournaments and emergency texts

HoF will be closed this Thursday 1/16 and Saturday 1/18

Just a quick couple of things.

Closed 1/16 and 1/18

First, and most importantly we will be CLOSED this Thursday and Saturday. Once again, we are Closed 1/16 and 1/18. Johnny and Nick will be in Virginia Beach at the North American Cup. Wish them, Lauryn DeLuca and Meghan O'Reilly luck. Do us proud fencers !!!!!

Coach Jim Fazekas will be at Cleveland State helping his alma mater hold a fencing tournament. Our USFA Competitive members born 2000 or earlier should think about fencing ! Close of registration is at 130. Registration link is on the left column.

Second, HoF is hosting a few events in the next few weeks. Sign UPS on askFRED are poor.

If you do not sign up for our events. WHO WILL ??????????

They are listed on the left and have been. We have club champs coming as well as the Presidents day open. So get your name up; this way we entice others to join us.

Also the next FFFFFF is January 24. Put that date on your calendar !!

Upcoming Beginner Classes

We still have spots in our youth and adult beginners classes. If you know someone that might be interested, let them know. They can find more information on our website at www.hookedonfencing.org/classes

Emergency texts

Last Monday we used an automated system to text our members and their emergency contact person about the closure. If you have not received it, or if you did and would like us to remove you from the list, please let me know. Include your cell phone number to be added or removed. We will only text in case of emergency; we might send another one this week to remind people about the upcoming closures.
